No cambies contraseña, correo de recuperación, miembros, grupos ni ajustes antes de enviar las pruebas. Para verificar el estado inicial podemos pedir el identificador del pedido, el correo afectado, una descripción clara y una captura del error. No se aprueba ninguna devolución de forma automática.
Do not change the password, recovery email, members, groups or settings before sending evidence. To verify the original delivery state, we may request the order ID, affected email, a clear description and a screenshot of the error. Refunds are not approved automatically.

- The YouTube account was already suspended or disabled when delivered, where the product is sold for YouTube use.
- An Aged account materially differs from the advertised year or age.
- For an impressions account, the reference video does not show the purchased impressions range at the time of delivery.

- For impressions accounts, the reference video shows the purchased range. Future performance is not guaranteed.
- Blocks, additional verification, suspensions or loss of access after the account has been modified or used.
- Failure to achieve future views, impressions, monetization, trust or performance that are not expressly guaranteed in the listing.
- Loss of access after the buyer changes the password, recovery settings or account configuration.

03Cuentas de suscripciónSubscription Accounts+
Los defectos existentes desde la entrega o activación inicial deben comunicarse dentro de las primeras 48 horas. La garantía del servicio continúa durante la duración contratada para fallos cubiertos que no hayan sido provocados por el cliente. Los problemas causados por una cuenta no elegible, límites del servicio o incumplimiento de las instrucciones no están cubiertos.
Issues already present at delivery or initial activation must be reported within the first 48 hours. Service coverage continues for the purchased term for covered failures not caused by the customer. Problems caused by an ineligible account, service limits or failure to follow the instructions are not covered.

- Cuenta Pro: debes proporcionar una cuenta Google Aged compatible, con correo y contraseña válidos, accesible y sin pertenecer ya a un grupo familiar incompatible.
- Después de que YTFMarket complete correctamente la activación, Google puede pedir una verificación mediante número de teléfono al volver a iniciar sesión. Esa verificación corresponde al cliente y no se considera un fallo de activación ni un motivo de devolución.

- Pro Account: you must provide a compatible Aged Google account with a valid email and password, accessible and not already part of an incompatible family group.
- After YTFMarket completes the activation successfully, Google may ask for phone-number verification when you sign in again. Completing that verification is the customer's responsibility and is not considered an activation failure or a refund reason.
- You must respect member and account-addition limits. Repeatedly removing and re-adding accounts, exceeding limits or using ineligible accounts may trigger restrictions that are not covered.
- Pro Instant: YTFMarket supplies the prepared account. If the delivered credentials do not allow access from the start, open a claim within the first 48 hours and do not modify the account.

- Recibirás correo y contraseña de una cuenta administradora. El servicio incluye 25.000 créditos de Google Flow al mes y permite utilizar la administradora más hasta 4 cuentas adicionales compatibles, según el producto comprado.
- Dentro del administrador existe un miembro necesario para mantener el plan. Está prohibido eliminarlo. Si se elimina, el plan puede cancelarse y no habrá devolución por esa causa.
- Las cuentas que añadas no deben pertenecer ya a grupos familiares o configuraciones incompatibles con el plan.
- No se cubren cancelaciones o restricciones causadas por eliminar el miembro requerido, añadir cuentas no elegibles, superar límites o incumplir las instrucciones.
